Jeep has revealed new details about its strategy for Europe and confirmed that it will launch three new models by 2030. The announcement was made during an online meeting with brand executives and will expand the company’s European lineup to six vehicles.
Currently, Jeep sells only the Avenger and Compass in Europe. The third model in the lineup will be the Recon, an all-electric SUV focused on off-road capability, scheduled to arrive in early 2027. The model will replace the Wrangler, whose withdrawal from the European market has been confirmed for the end of 2026 due to increasingly stringent safety and emissions regulations.
According to the automaker, the Wrangler‘s distinctive design makes it difficult to adapt to current regulations, although the company continues to study alternatives for a possible return.
Following the arrival of the Recon, Jeep will introduce two new B-segment SUVs positioned alongside the Avenger. Internally, the models are referred to as the B-SUV Compact and B-SUV Large.
Both are expected to measure around 4.2 meters in length, making them slightly larger than the Avenger, and will be built on the new STLA platform, which supports internal combustion engines, hybrid powertrains, and fully electric versions.

The automaker has not yet revealed the names of the upcoming SUVs, but one possibility is the return of the Renegade, which was discontinued at the end of 2025. Although the two models will compete in the same market segment, Jeep says they will feature different concepts and styling.
The third launch will be a midsize SUV (D-segment), developed on a platform created in partnership with Chinese automaker Dongfeng. However, Jeep emphasizes that the vehicle will feature the brand’s own design and engineering rather than being a simple rebadged version of another model. Production will take place in China, targeting both the domestic market and export markets.
The company also stated that all new models will retain traditional Jeep characteristics, including available four-wheel drive, the brand’s signature styling, and off-road capability.
The production location for the two compact SUVs has not yet been confirmed, although the brand said it is closely monitoring discussions on industrial policies aimed at encouraging vehicle manufacturing in Europe.
